Hot Wire Bending and Rapid contact Bending
Our multi-beam hot wire bending machines can bend multiple bends at once up to 2.7m in length. These machines can bend all types of plastic from 1mm up to 15mm thick.
We also use multi-beam rapid contact bend machines for thin PVC and PETG.
Heater Boxes and Ovens for Drape Forming
We have small, medium and large heater boxes and ovens for heating and drape forming large curved screens or large radius bends that the hot wires can not do.
